Common questions.

How do I get my lab results?

We'll contact you when your results are ready and schedule a follow-up if anything needs to be discussed. We explain results in plain language so you understand what they mean for your health.

How quickly are referrals processed?

Most referrals are processed within 1–2 business days. If your situation is urgent, let us know and we'll prioritize accordingly.

Do I need a referral for every specialist?

It depends on your insurance plan. Some plans require a primary care referral before seeing a specialist; others allow direct access. We'll check your plan and handle the paperwork when needed.

Can you order labs without an office visit?

In most cases, an office visit is required to order labs so your provider can review your history and determine the appropriate tests. Telemedicine visits may be available for follow-up lab orders.

What types of specialists do you refer to?

We refer to a wide range of specialists including cardiologists, endocrinologists, dermatologists, orthopedic providers, and more based on your health needs.
