Chinyenum "Chichi" Otuya is an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C), certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. With years of experience serving patients across the DMV area, she founded Mercy Health Care and Clinic to bring patient-centered, relationship-driven primary care to Prince George's County.
Her approach combines clinical expertise with genuine warmth; she believes that the best care happens when patients feel seen, heard, and respected. At Mercy, you're not a chart number. You're a neighbor.
Chichi is committed to serving patients of all backgrounds, including uninsured and underinsured individuals, veterans, and families navigating complex health challenges. She welcomes patients from across Prince George's County.
