Prescription refills

The quickest way to request a refill is to call us at 240-332-4439 during open hours.

  • Allow 1–2 business days for refill processing

  • Controlled substances require an in-person visit
  • Telemedicine visits available for routine refill reviews

Telemedicine instructions

Telemedicine visits are done by video or phone, no app download required.

  • You'll receive a link or call at your scheduled time
  • Find a private, quiet space with good lighting
  • Have your medication list and insurance card nearby
  • Call us at 240-332-4439 to schedule a telehealth visit

Medical records

To request a copy of your medical records, call or visit us in person.

  • Records requests require a signed release form
  • Allow up to 30 days per HIPAA regulations
  • Records can be sent to you, your attorney, or another provider

How do I get my test results?

We'll call or message you when your results are ready. For lab results, allow 2–5 business days. If you haven't heard from us after that, call 240-332-4439.

Can I request a referral?

Yes. Referrals to specialists are handled at your visit or by calling us. Have your insurance information ready so we can verify coverage for the specialist.

Do you offer same-day sick visits?

Yes. Call us as early in the day as possible at 240-332-4439 and we'll fit you in. Walk-ins are also welcome.

How do I update my contact or insurance information?

Call us at 240-332-4439 or let the front desk know at your next visit. Keeping your information current helps us bill your insurance correctly.

Do you provide after-hours advice?

For medical emergencies, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. For non-urgent questions, leave a message at 240-332-4439 and we'll return your call the next business day.

How do I leave feedback about my visit?
